The Doctor of Commercial Law can be offered in combination with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or as a stand-alone degree. This is for students who have extensive experience in commercial law practice who want to develop their expertise further. Courses typically include traditional subjects like marketing law, taxation, constitutional law, intellectual property law and some newer fields such as e-commerce law and global trade regulations.
