Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Project managers are usually responsible for directing and managing project development from beginning to end. They define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Should also be able to develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Sometimes they need to determine and assess need for additional staff and delegate tasks and responsibilities to them.
